Woodstock Homes has submitted a planning application for up to 49 houses on land off Fosse Road. A Drop-In Session will be held on Wednesday 16th September, 4pm until 6pm at the War Memorial Hall. The Parish Council will discuss the application once formally received.

Planning Application – Land off Fosse Road
The Parish Council has been informed by Woodstock Homes that they have submitted a planning application for up to 49 houses on land off Fosse Road.
A Drop-In Session was originally planned for February but had to be cancelled by Woodstock Homes. This has now been rearranged for:

Location: Stoke St Michael War Memorial Hall
This is an opportunity for residents to find out more about the proposals, ask questions and speak directly with Woodstock Homes.
Once the Parish Council has received the formal planning application, we will review the proposals and arrange a Parish Council meeting to discuss the application and agree the Council’s response.
